TAMKO TW-60 on Concrete

Waterproof and protect foundation areas with TAMKO’s below-grade waterproofing products. These products can be used together to help with foundation waterproofing.

TAMKO’s below-grade system consists of a 60-mil thick self-adhering rubberized asphalt sheet membrane, primer and mastics.

Ideal for below-grade waterproofing applications such as foundation walls, tunnels and earth shelters, ICFs and similar structures.

TWM-1 Mastic

Designed for multiple uses, including finishing the edge of seams, overlaps, patches and terminations of properly sealed TAMKO® waterproofing membranes. TWM-1 Mastic is a high-quality trowel-grade rubberized bitumen mastic that dries to a strong but pliable seal, allowing for minor expansion and contraction. Applied with a trowel or caulking gun.

TWP-1 Adhesive Primer

A high-quality rubberized primer formulated for professional waterproofing contractors. Used to promote a powerful bond to asphalt, concrete, masonry and metal surfaces, and features a red tint to make it easier to identify areas that have been primed. Ideal for use in preparing surfaces to receive TAMKO® waterproofing membrane.
