Invoice Submission Deadline

TAMKO must receive invoice documentation for eligibility no later than October 15, 2023. No late submissions accepted. All submissions must be received through The TAMKO Edge® digital portal.

Requirements & Restrictions

• This rewards promotion is open exclusively to full-time roofing professionals located in the following states (Eastern States): AL, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MS, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, and WV. Home builders and other construction professionals should contact their TAMKO Sales Rep to discuss potential eligibility for other TAMKO rewards programs.
• To be eligible for any TAMKO rewards program, contractors must register for a free account in The TAMKO Edge® contractor loyalty program portal at www.tamkoedge.com. Contractors who already have an account in The TAMKO Edge® contractor portal do NOT need to re-register.
• Contractors currently enrolled in an annual TAMKO contractor rewards program (Edge Rewards or Pro Rewards) are automatically eligible for this additional cash-back rewards promotion and no other rewards program enrollment is necessary to begin earning increased cash-back on  Titan XT®, StormFighter IR®, TAMKO® Hip & Ridge, and TAMKO® Starter purchases made during the purchase window.
• Qualifying product purchases during the promotional window is additive to the per SSQ cash-back reward that the contractor is currently receiving based on their specific TAMKO annual reward program and their specific volume tier.
• Qualifying product purchases submitted for this rewards promotion are eligible to apply to the contractor’s minimum purchase requirement for their annual rewards program.
• These rewards promotions cannot be stacked or combined with other TAMKO location or event-specific rewards promotions, unless expressly stated.
• TAMKO promotional rewards submissions will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow time for processing.
• Participants must submit digital invoices for rewards claims through The TAMKO Edge® contractor portal rewards submission processes, or have your preferred distributor submit invoices on your behalf. Check with your distributor for their participation in this method and any steps you need to take for the distributor to send product invoices to TAMKO on your behalf. If submitting through The TAMKO Edge® contractor portal, you must upload proof of purchase - photocopy of original invoice on company letterhead (no handwritten invoices, order acknowledgments or ship tickets).
• TAMKO may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the amount of the loyalty rewards. A copy of the contractor’s W-9 form must be on file with TAMKO to receive loyalty reward payments. Instructions on submitting your W-9 to TAMKO can be found inside The TAMKO Edge® contractor portal.
• To receive loyalty rewards payments via direct deposit, contractors must submit a completed Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement (EFT). This form is available inside The TAMKO Edge® contractor portal.
• TAMKO reserves the right to alter or end this program at any time for any or no reason at TAMKO’s sole discretion.
• TAMKO is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mutilated or misdirected submissions.
• Unsubmitted claims left in Draft status in The TAMKO Edge® contractor portal will be canceled and considered not submitted once the unsubmitted claims exceed 90 days from creation date.

Contractors that register for an Edge account between June 1 and August 31, 2023 

• No minimum purchase required for eligibility for this special promotion.
• Earn an additional $2/SSQ on top of the contractor’s annual TAMKO rewards program for all Titan XT® and StormFighter IR® shingles registered for TAMKO rewards during the promo period only.
• Earn an additional $1/SSQ on top of the contractor’s annual TAMKO rewards program for all TAMKO® Hip & Ridge shingles registered for TAMKO rewards during the promo period only.
• Earn an additional $1/BUNDLE on top of the contractor’s annual TAMKO rewards program for all TAMKO® Starter shingles registered for TAMKO rewards during the promo period only. 

Contractors already registered for an Edge account prior to June 1, 2023 

• Minimum purchase of 100 SSQ of Titan XT® or StormFighter IR® shingles required for eligibility for this special promotion.
• Earn an additional $1/SSQ on top of the contractor’s annual TAMKO rewards program for all Titan XT® and StormFighter IR® shingles registered for TAMKO rewards during the promo period only.
• Earn an additional $1/SSQ on top of the contractor’s annual TAMKO rewards program for all TAMKO® Hip & Ridge shingles registered for TAMKO rewards during the promo period only.
• Earn an additional $1/BUNDLE on top of the contractor’s annual TAMKO rewards program for all TAMKO® Starter shingles registered for TAMKO rewards during the promo period only.
