Legal Notice

TO VENDORS, CUSTOMERS, AND OTHERS TRANSACTING BUSINESS WITH TAMKO BUILDING PRODUCTS^®, INC.

Only the corporate officers of TAMKO Building Products, Inc. (hereinafter TAMKO^®) shall have the legal authority to bind the corporation to any obligation and/or agreement whatsoever. No legal contract or agreement, or modification or amendment to any legal contract or agreement, to which TAMKO is a party will be valid or binding upon TAMKO unless agreed to in a formal written document signed by an authorized corporate officer of TAMKO. Authorized corporate officers of TAMKO include only the President, Executive Vice-President, a Vice-President, the Treasurer, and the Corporate Secretary. No employee of TAMKO who is not an authorized officer of the corporation has actual, apparent, or implied authority to legally bind the corporation in any manner whatsoever.
