Each of TAMKO’s cap sheets contains the inherent advantages of SBS-modified asphalt. SBS-modified asphalt has characteristics that allow for easy application and help assure better performance.

TAM-CAP is a hot-asphalt-applied fiberglass cap sheet coated with weathering-grade asphalt and surfaced with ceramic mineral granules ideal for use as a surface layer in select TAMKO specifications or as additional surface protection to meet UL requirements.

TAMKO APP-modified cap sheets are formulated using high-quality APP-modified bitumens, polyester mat, and smooth or mineral-granule top surfaces. They also feature a waffle-back burn-off film to provide a tough, flexible membrane and easy torch application.
